Long time back I used to know someone whose name meant 'white' or 'the fair one', This poem was written on that person. Incidentally the walls in my room were white and they still are. This poem is just a poem now and nothing else. Green eyes that person had.


Standing on the sea shore
I gazed into the lonely sunset
The lonely sun burning away with passion to the core.
Sinking into the deep green sea
I felt like that gazing into the endless depths of your eyes
I was afraid, if I drown
I could never rise
So I turned away
That day.
Those white clouds in the sky
floating in the heavens high
I thought that they seemed like your dress
the wind blew it, was engaged in a play
I saw it, I did, that day.
You heard stories of a dragon guarding his treasure
I felt like that- not like a child
But an insane heart and an emotion wild
For you I cared...
Throughout the time we shared.
The things you touched, the ground which felt your feet, the wind that kissed your cheek, the sound of your heart-beat
I love all...all of them
Ever since I first saw you, it has been the same.
They speak of you the walls around me,
They tell how things used to be
The corridors of my dreams are lit by your presence
I want to feel you with all my senses
You looked tired and weary that day
But your eyes were
Like twinkling stars on a dark night,
Images that forever stay in sight.
You told me if you I fight
I would be suffering
Yes I am, I was and would always with you far away, going.
Leaving my sad bruised heart behind
Someone like you I'll never find ?
That day was full moon
When I sat and said,
O moon I swear by your heavenly beams
I also have a moon of my own
You are far away and alone
But my moon is with me,
Where are the marks on my moon?
It is white and white
It lives in my heart, shines always in my sight.
It is my own
Do I have anything to offer except my poems
I have,
I am yours, every bit of me
Every bit to you I give
Just believe,
You know it yourself.
Trust in yourself and God;
You need no one
Go forward, march up- Catch the stars.
Remember that I'll love you forever
As you are a worthy human.
I will always be by your side
Just reach out your hand and call my name
In this there is nothing wrong
Trust would make this bond more strong;
I love you, in your happiness lies mine
Through black ink my love will shine.
